YG Entertainment has opened yet another official Youtube channel! In addition to a separate Youtube channel for each of their artists, groups, the recently added YGLife channel and now, the newest channel of all, YG Concert!

This channel features highlights and clips from their past YG Family Concerts. This is such a good treat for fans who didn’t get to see the concert, as the clips are in amazing HD quality! Major major props to Mr. YG for giving back to the fans so much, it makes us feel like we’re a part of YG Family too! You guys definitely deserve our support.

With GTOP’s comeback, of course this had to be the featured clip on their channel.

YG Entertainment just keeps expanding and expanding their online presence with social media tools! This benefits the oversea fans so much and really helps increase the awareness of their artists and great music to those who have never heard before. 

As a marketing student, I can say that YGE is definitely going in the right direction with this strategy. And they definitely have the first-mover advantage, since they are the first South Korean music company that keeps capitalizing on their online presence. No other South Korean music companies have done as much as YGE in terms of social media marketing. I can see everyone following after their footsteps in the near future!
